Owner, Jean Francois has been running restaurants for 23+ years from California to Texas.
Having extensive experience as a restaurateur gives the community he serves a huge benefit in food and services.

He is responding to operating during this time in an effective and safe management style he knows all so well.

“It’s an adjustment period, for sure, but we will get through it. The restaurant industry has changed for good, and the ones who make the necessary changes will have a greater chance to be ok.”

Owning 2 restaurants, the changes had to come quickly. From a more friendly curbside, pickup and delivery menu to teaching staff, J.F. worked out these changes to reopen as soon as it was safer. The attention for health and safety are heightened and will certainly be a continual restaurant industry concern. Feeding the community and diners who enjoy eating out is what drives Poujol to operate at its best.
